THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2025: New Student Applications Due
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2025: TK & Kindergarten Testing
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2025: TK & Kindergarten Testing
DIRECTIONS TO APPLY FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
The application process for the 2025-2026 school year will open on January 15th, 2025. For more information about the school contact 310-316-3049.
THE APPLICATION WILL BE PROCESSED FOR ENROLLMENT CONSIDERATION WHEN ALL OF THE STEPS BELOW HAVE BEEN FULFILLED. Thank you.
STEP 1: Click the link below labeled 2025-2026 Application to print out and complete the application form. (NOTE: Fill out one form per child.)
Fill out an application for each child and then remit the application fee via Check. *Application Fee — One fee per child is due: $80 for all students.
STEP 2: Items necessary for a complete application:
Copy of current family photo
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
Up-to-date Immunization records
Latest standardized assessment (not mandatory for TK or K)
Latest report card (not mandatory for TK or K)
STEP 3: Print out and deliver a copy of the TK/K Recommendation form to your child’s current teacher. The form should be mailed back by the teacher to SLM School, 1950 S. Prospect Ave., Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
NOTE: All of the documents listed above, including payment, must be hand delivered to the school office at 1950 S. Prospect Ave., Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
